Rinse your pork chops well, then pat them dry.
Letakkan pork chop di loyang yang sudah disemprot minyak zaitun……

Bumbui kedua sisi pork chop dengan taburan lada hitam dan bubuk bawang putih……

Letakkan irisan bawang bombay dan paprika merah di sekitar pork chop….. Semprotkan sedikit minyak zaitun……

Masukkan loyang ke oven, setel ke BROIL, dan panggang pork chop hingga keemasan, balik sekali saat memasak, periksa secara berkala agar tidak gosong!

Dalam panci kecil, campurkan sup krim jamur, campuran sup bawang daging, dan anggur putih, didihkan, aduk sesekali……

Kecilkan api, tuangkan krim kental ke dalam panci, aduk, dan masak dengan api kecil hingga pork chop matang sempurna……

Ambil pork chop yang sudah matang dari broiler dan siram saus krim dengan sendok, sisihkan sisa saus krim untuk topping lauk pendamping……
Once the pork chops are cooked, remove them from the broiler. Spoon the creamy sauce generously over the chops. Reserve any remaining sauce to serve with your side dish.
