Pork chop T-bone dibalur bumbu kering kunyit, bawang bombay, dan BBQ, lalu dipanggang dengan api tinggi sebelum diselesaikan tanpa tutup.

First, combine all the dry rub ingredients in a bowl. Well rub this mixture onto the pork chops and let them rest for 30 minutes.
Panaskan panggangan hingga 200°C (400°F). Letakkan pork chop di atas panggangan selama 3 menit pertama, lalu kurangi suhu menjadi 175°C (350°F).
Preheat your grill to 400°F. Place the pork chops on the grill and cook them for the first 3 minutes. After this initial cooking time, reduce the grill temperature to 350°F.
Setelah 3 menit, balik pork chop ke sisi lain, tutup dan masak selama 5 menit.
Now, flip the pork chops to their other side. Cover the grill and continue cooking for 5 minutes.
Balik lagi ke sisi lain dan masak tanpa tutup sekitar 3 menit lagi. Nikmati.
Flip the chops one more time to the other side and cook for about another 3 minutes, this time without covering the grill. Serve immediately and enjoy.
