牛油果雞白湯即食拉麵在雞白湯拉麵上鋪煎香牛油果及蒜片,配溏心蛋,再點少許山葵。
準備一包雞白湯味即食拉麵(如丸chan製麵)。
Use a package of chicken paitan flavor instant ramen noodles (such as Maruchan Seimen).
將牛油果切成粒。如果牛油果較硬,用微波爐加熱1至2分鐘使其軟化。
Cut the avocado into cubes. If the avocado is a bit firm, microwave it for 1–2 minutes to soften.
將蒜頭切片,用橄欖油煎至酥脆。加入牛油果粒,輕輕拌勻。
Slice the garlic and sauté in olive oil until crispy. Add the cubed avocado and gently toss together.
按包裝說明煮麵和湯,然後將兩者倒入碗中,加入湯粉攪拌均勻。
Cook the noodles and soup according to the package instructions, then pour both into a bowl and mix well with the soup powder.
將步驟3的牛油果和蒜片放在拉麵上,灑上黑胡椒,加入溏心蛋,最後加少許山葵醬提味。
Top the ramen with the avocado and garlic chips from step 3, sprinkle with black pepper, add the soft-boiled egg, and finish with a little wasabi for extra flavor.
