焗豬扒做法簡便,厚切豬扒以猶太鹽和黑胡椒調味,焗至多汁,可隨意刷上燒烤醬。

In a small bowl, combine the salt and pepper well. Set this mixture aside.
沖洗豬扒,用廚房紙吸乾,兩面調味後放在烤盤上,可鋪烘焙紙方便清洗。
Rinse the pork chops under cold water, then pat them completely dry with paper towels. Season both sides of each chop generously with the made salt and pepper mixture. Place the seasoned chops on a baking pan. For easier cleanup, you can line the baking pan with parchment paper.
放入預熱至 175°C(350°F)的焗爐,焗 25-30 分鐘,可加燒烤醬或原味享用。
Bake the pork chops in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 25 to 30 minutes. You have the option to brush them with BBQ sauce during the last few minutes of baking, or simply leave them plain. Serve immediately and enjoy!
