黑莓醬豬扒,無骨豬柳扒煎香,配上黑莓果醬、檸檬汁、豉油及肉桂煮成的醬汁,再綴新鮮黑莓。
喺小鍋中,將果醬、檸檬汁、豉油同肉桂粉混合。用細火煮並攪拌,直至果醬溶化。離火備用。
In a small saucepan, combine the spreadable fruit, lemon juice, soy sauce, and cinnamon. Cook this mixture over low heat, stirring continuously, until the spreadable fruit has completely melted. Once melted, remove the saucepan from the heat.
將牛扒調味料灑喺豬扒上。喺已噴食用油嘅大型不黏鑊中,用中火加熱橄欖油。放入豬扒,每面煎5至7分鐘,直至溫度計顯示145°。靜置5分鐘。配上醬汁同黑莓上桌。
Season the pork chops by sprinkling them with the steak seasoning. In a large nonstick skillet that has been lightly coated with cooking spray, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Carefully place the seasoned pork chops into the hot skillet and cook them for 5 to 7 minutes on each side, or until an instant-read thermometer inserted into the thickest part registers 145°F. After cooking, let the pork chops rest for 5 minutes. Serve the pork chops with the made blackberry sauce and fresh blackberries.
