自製醃料烤排骨和牛排以蛋黃醬、番茄醬、燒烤醬、香料和檸檬汁醃製,再放上燒烤架邊烤邊刷醬。
將排骨和牛排放入蛋黃醬、番茄醬、燒烤醬、鹽、肉桂粉、薑黃粉、芫荽粉、紅椒粉、綜合香草、檸檬汁、黑胡椒粉和Aromat調味粉中醃製2小時。
Marinate your chops or steak. In a bowl, combine the mayonnaise, tomato sauce, barbecue sauce, salt, cinnamon, turmeric, ground coriander, paprika, mixed herbs, lemon juice, ground black pepper, and Aromat seasoning. Add the chops or steak to this mixture, ensuring they are well coated. Let them sit in the marinade for a minimum of 2 hours.
放上燒烤架,每面煎烤,期間用碗中剩餘的醃料刷肉。
Once marinated, place the chops or steak on a braai stand. Cook each side, making sure to baste frequently with any remaining marinade from the bowl.
從烤架上取下,好好享用。
When cooked to your liking, remove the chops or steak from the braai stand. Serve immediately and enjoy your meal.
