肯郡蜜糖牛油三文魚,三文魚柳以肯郡香料煎封,淋上蜜糖檸檬牛油醬焗香,撒上烘香芝麻。
焗爐預熱至190°C。
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
在三文魚柳上劃刀,淋上橄欖油。
Carefully score the salmon fillets and drizzle them with olive oil.

Heat a skillet with oil, then sear the salmon fillets. Afterward, transfer them to a baking sheet.

In a small saucepan, melt the butter.

Add the honey and lemon juice to the melted butter, stirring until everything is well combined. Let this mixture simmer for 2-3 minutes.

Spoon the made honey mixture over the salmon fillets. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through.
將芝麻炒至淡金黃色。
Toast the sesame seeds until they turn a light golden color.
趁熱上桌,以芝麻和香芹/芫荽裝飾。
Serve the salmon hot, garnished with the toasted sesame seeds and chopped parsley or cilantro.
