Using a space-saving attachment (though it operates slowly), grind 1 cup of wheat kernels until they are superfine. This process typically takes about fifteen minutes. This superfine flour is ideal for making fresh pastas such as bowtie pasta and fettuccine.
呢個磨粉附件亦可將小麥粒磨碎,之後浸泡後同深色黑麥粉混合,做成農場黑麥麵包。呢啲麵包比普通麵包難消化,可提供 7 小時飽足感,而白麵包只有 4 小時。
This same flour attachment can also be used to crack wheat kernels. Once cracked, these kernels are then soaked and combined with dark rye flour to create farm-style rye bread. Breads made this way offer a slower digestion compared to regular breads, providing nourishment for about seven hours, as opposed to four hours from white bread.
