加州農場菠蘿煎豬扒將豬扒連菠蘿、紅洋蔥、青瓜及甜椒煎至焦糖化,再小火煮出汁,擠檸檬汁調味。
鑄鐵鑊以大火加熱,用 2 湯匙葡萄籽油炸 2 隻乾泰國辣椒至香,約 5 分鐘,然後棄掉辣椒。轉中火,加入豬扒、菠蘿、洋蔥、甜椒、青瓜,煎至焦糖化,約 5 分鐘,翻面再煎 5 分鐘。
Heat a cast iron skillet over high heat. Add 2 tablespoons of grapeseed oil and fry the 2 whole dried Thai peppers until they become fragrant, which should take about five minutes. Carefully remove and discard the Thai peppers. Reduce the heat to medium, then add the pork chops, diced pineapple, red onion, sweet peppers, and cucumber to the skillet. Fry this mixture for five minutes, or until the ingredients start to caramelize. Flip the pork chops to the other side and continue frying for an additional five minutes.

Lower the heat to low. Pile the fried fruits and vegetables on top of the pork chops. Let them simmer for five more minutes, allowing their juices to release. Taste the fruit and vegetable mixture. Squeeze as much fresh lemon juice over the top as you prefer. Taste the dish again, then season with salt. Serve immediately and enjoy.
