雞肉丸以免治雞肉拌洋蔥、雞蛋同麵包糠,加辣椒碎、百里香及薑黃,可煎或焗。
喺碗入面,將洋蔥切碎,打入雞蛋,加入肉、香料、麵包糠同白醋。
In a bowl, finely chop the onion. Crack in the egg, and add the ground chicken, all the spices, breadcrumbs, and white vinegar.
將所有材料充分拌勻,蓋好放入雪櫃靜置 15 分鐘。
Thoroughly stir all the ingredients together. Once mixed, cover the bowl and let the mixture rest in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.
將混合物搓成小肉餅。可以喺鑊入面炸,或者放入焗爐烤。
Form the mixture into small patties. You have the option to either fry them in a pan or grill them in the oven.
我喺焗爐以最高溫度焗咗 10 分鐘。只需喺焗爐入面睇下,用眼睛判斷係咪熟透即可。
I personally grilled mine in the oven, set to its maximum temperature, for 10 minutes. Just keep an eye on them in the oven and use your judgment to decide when they look perfectly done.
