雞肉味噌飯糰以暖飯包住炒香的雞肉碎、味噌、生抽及薑蓉餡料,外層用海苔包好。
將雞髀肉切碎。鍋中加熱芝麻油,加入雞肉、鹽和黑胡椒炒香。
Finely chop the chicken thighs. In a skillet, heat the sesame oil, then sauté the chopped chicken along with the salt and pepper.
雞肉全熟後,用廚房紙巾吸走鍋中多餘的油。
Once the chicken is well cooked, use a paper towel to blot away any excess oil from the pan.
在小碗中將味噌、生抽和清酒拌勻。
In a small bowl, whisk together the miso paste, soy sauce, and sake until they are well combined.
將味噌醬汁加入鍋中,繼續炒雞肉。
Add the miso mixture to the pan and continue to sauté the chicken.
雞肉完全熟透後熄火,加入薑蓉拌勻。餡料即成。
Once the chicken is fully cooked, turn off the heat. Stir in the grated ginger until it's evenly combined. Your filling is now ready.
在小碗(飯糰大小)鋪一層飯,加入雞肉味噌餡料,再蓋上一層飯。
Place a layer of rice into a small bowl (roughly the size of an onigiri). Add the chicken miso filling, then cover it with another layer of rice.
在手掌上撒少許鹽,輕輕將飯糰塑形。
Sprinkle a little salt onto your palm, then gently shape the rice into a ball.
將一張海苔鋪在保鮮紙上,用海苔包住飯糰即成。
Lay a sheet of nori (seaweed) on a piece of plastic wrap. Use this to wrap the rice ball with the nori to complete your onigiri.
