可樂溏心蛋以可樂、米酒、老抽、生抽同八角調成鹹甜滷汁,浸泡一晚,蛋黃溏心入味。
煲滾水落溫室雞蛋,中小火煮 7 分鐘後,立即拎起浸凍水,剝殼。
Bring a pot of water to a boil and add room-temperature eggs. Cook over medium-low heat for 7 minutes, then immediately transfer to cold water and peel.
老抽、生抽、米酒、可樂、八角放入鍋中煮 5 分鐘,之後攤涼。放入蛋浸一晚即成。
Put the dark soy sauce, light soy sauce, rice wine, cola and star anise in a pot and simmer for 5 minutes, then let it cool. Add the eggs and soak overnight to finish.
*可樂:米酒:老抽 + 生抽 比例為 3:1:1。
