忌廉焗盤豬扒將豬扒與洋蔥、紅燈籠椒焗至金黃,再淋上蘑菇湯、白酒及忌廉煮成的醬汁。
將豬扒沖洗乾淨並用廚房紙吸乾水分……
Rinse your pork chops well, then pat them dry.
將豬扒放喺已噴上橄欖油嘅烤盤上……
Arrange the chops on a sheet pan that has been lightly coated with olive oil cooking spray.
喺豬扒兩面撒上黑椒同蒜頭粉調味……
Season both sides of the pork chops with a sprinkle of black pepper and garlic powder.
將切片洋蔥同紅燈籠椒鋪喺豬扒四周……輕噴橄欖油噴霧……
Distribute the sliced onion and red pepper around the pork chops. Lightly spray these vegetables with olive oil cooking spray.
將烤盤放入焗爐,設定為BROIL(上火),焗至豬扒金黃,期間翻一次面,需定時查看以免燒焦!
Place the sheet pan in your oven and set it to BROIL. Broil the chops until they turn golden brown, making sure to turn them during cooking. Keep a close eye on them periodically to prevent burning!
喺小煲中加入蘑菇忌廉湯、牛肉洋蔥湯料同白酒,煮至沸騰,期間間中攪拌……
In a small saucepan, combine the cream of mushroom soup, beefy onion soup mix, and white wine. Bring this mixture to a boil, stirring occasionally.
轉細火,將忌廉倒入煲中,攪拌後用細火煮至豬扒全熟……
Reduce the heat, then pour the heavy cream into the saucepan. Stir well and continue to cook the sauce on low heat until the pork chops are fully cooked.
將熟豬扒從焗爐取出,用湯匙淋上忌廉汁,剩餘嘅醬汁可用來淋喺配菜上……
Once the pork chops are cooked, remove them from the broiler. Spoon the creamy sauce generously over the chops. Reserve any remaining sauce to serve with your side dish.
