脆皮三文魚皮只用鹽調味,氣炸鍋分段烹至魚皮微褐酥脆,配冰啤酒一流。
刮去魚皮「肉面」的多餘油脂,翻轉魚皮面朝上,灑上鹽並揉入魚皮,靜置 3-4 分鐘,同時將氣炸鍋預熱至最高溫。
Take the salmon skin and scraping the "meat side" to remove any excess oil. Once that's done, flip the skin over so the skin side is facing up. Sprinkle the salt evenly over the skin and gently rub it in. Let the seasoned skin rest for 3 to 4 minutes while you preheat your air fryer to its maximum setting.
烹煮 3 分鐘,關閉電源,再靜置 3 分鐘,重複至魚皮略呈褐色且酥脆為止。冷卻後切片上桌,配冰凍啤酒非常好味——相信我!享用!
Place the salmon skin in the preheated air fryer and cook for 3 minutes. After this initial cooking time, turn the air fryer off briefly, then resume cooking for another 3 minutes. Repeat this 3-minute cooking cycle until the skin is lightly browned and well crispy. Once it's done, remove it from the air fryer and let it cool completely. Slice it into your preferred pieces and serve. It's truly excellent with a cold beer – trust me on that! Enjoy!
