慢煮鍋牧場風味豬扒鋪於紅皮薯仔上,撒上牧場乾香料,加蘋果醋及牛油慢煮。
將切四份嘅紅皮薯仔拌上橄欖油,鋪喺慢煮鍋底部。
Toss the quartered red potatoes with the olive oil. Once coated, arrange them in a single layer at the bottom of your crockpot.
將豬扒放喺薯仔上面,均勻撒上牧場乾香料。
Place the pork chops directly on top of the potatoes. Evenly sprinkle the dry ranch seasoning mix over all the pork chops.
將蘋果醋淋喺調好味嘅豬扒上。
Drizzle the apple cider vinegar over the seasoned pork chops.
將切粒牛油均勻點放喺材料上。
Distribute the cubed butter evenly over the entire arrangement in the crockpot.
蓋上蓋,用高溫煮 4 小時或低溫煮 8 小時。
Cover the crockpot and cook on high for 4 hours, or if you prefer, cook on low for 8 hours.
