鬆軟照燒雞肉豆腐漢堡扒,免治雞肉拌嫩豆腐煎香,再以生抽、清酒同味醂照燒醬煮至光澤。

將所有☆材料放入碗中拌勻,用湯匙攪拌以保持手部清潔。另取一碗,混合所有●醬汁材料。
In a bowl, combine all the patty ingredients and stir until they are evenly mixed. Using a spoon for this step will help keep your hands clean. In a separate bowl, stir together all the sauce ingredients.

平底鑊熱油,用湯匙將步驟2的材料舀入鍋中,以中火煎至兩面金黃。黏在一起不用擔心,輕易可以分開。
Heat the oil in a skillet. Drop heaping spoonfuls of the mixture from step 2 into the pan and cook over medium heat until both sides are golden brown. Don't worry if they stick together; you can easily separate them.
煎至金黃後,邊攪拌邊倒入備好的●醬汁,轉大火,翻面數次讓漢堡扒均勻裹上醬汁直至有光澤。
Once the patties are browned, pour in the made sauce while stirring. Increase the heat to high and ensure the patties are well coated, flipping them occasionally until they become glossy.
間中搖動鍋,煮至醬汁收濃只餘少許即成!
Allow the mixture to simmer, shaking the pan occasionally, until the sauce thickens and only a small amount remains. They're done!
