自製法式麵包薄餅將麵包切件,塗薄餅醬、鋪辣肉腸同莫扎雷拉芝士,灑蒜鹽焗至芝士融化。
將麵包縱向切半,再各切成4份。
Slice the loaf of bread in half lengthwise, then cut each half into four equal portions.
塗上薄餅醬。
Spread a generous layer of pizza sauce over each bread portion.
鋪上意大利辣肉腸。
Arrange the pepperoni slices on top of the sauce.
鋪上莫扎雷拉芝士(如喜歡,亦可加入美式芝士)。
Sprinkle generously with mozzarella cheese. (We also like to add American cheese because our kids love all kinds of cheese!)
灑上蒜鹽,放入預熱至175°C(350°F)的焗爐焗10至15分鐘。
Finish by sprinkling a dash of garlic salt over the cheese, then bake in an oven preheated to 350°F for 10 to 15 minutes.
