即熱鍋法式洋蔥豬扒先煎香豬扒同洋蔥西芹,再用法式洋蔥湯、忌廉西芹湯同青豆壓力煮,配飯或薯蓉。
喺壓力煲入面加入油,設定為煎炸模式。
Pour the vegetable oil into your pressure cooker and set it to the 'sear' function.
油熱後加入豬扒(急凍都可以)。煎香豬扒,煎到一半時加入切粒蔬菜,令蔬菜都帶上顏色。
Once the oil is hot, carefully place the pork chops into the pot. (It's perfectly fine to use frozen chops.) Sear the chops until browned. About halfway through searing, add the diced onion and celery to the pot, allowing them to get some color as well.
豬扒煎至合心意後,加入青豆、湯罐頭同肉汁。
After the chops and vegetables are seared to your liking, add the frozen peas, both cans of soup, and the beef gravy to the pressure cooker.
用「肉類」設定烹煮,然後自然排壓 10 分鐘。
Cook the dish using the 'Meat' setting on your pressure cooker, then allow for a 10-minute natural pressure release.
配搭白飯或薯蓉上碟。
Serve this delicious meal over a bed of rice or with creamy mashed potatoes.
