薯仔泥將去皮薯仔蒸腍後壓成泥，趁熱調入少許黑胡椒和海鹽，喜歡的話可加少許沙律醬。
薯仔去皮切片，放入蒸鍋蒸腍。
Peel the potatoes, slice them, and steam until tender.
蒸腍後趁熱磨少許黑胡椒、撒少許海鹽，然後搗成泥。
While still hot, grind over a little black pepper, sprinkle with sea salt, then mash to a purée.
你亦可加少許沙律醬調味。
You can also stir in a little mayonnaise to season.
