肉醬以免治牛肉同洋蔥粒炒至成糊,再加碎番茄、意大利香料同蒜粉中火煮滾後燜十分鐘,做出濃郁惹味、配意粉一流的肉醬。
在鑊中煮免治牛肉,加入足夠水分使其呈糊狀質感,持續攪拌使肉碎成細粒,全熟後瀝乾並沖洗。
Cook the ground beef in a skillet. Add enough water to the skillet to help the beef achieve a paste-like texture. Continuously break up the beef as it cooks to ensure it forms small pieces. Once the beef is fully cooked, drain and rinse it.
將所有材料加入鑊中,用中火煮至冒泡,轉小火再燜煮 10 分鐘。
Add all the remaining ingredients to the skillet. Cook this mixture over medium heat until it starts to bubble. Reduce the heat to low and let it simmer for 10 minutes.
