Grill the steaks uncovered for 6 minutes. After this time, flip them over. (We're talking about flipping the steaks here, not yourself – though if you can do a flip, I suppose go for it... It's pretty cool! Just make sure you definitely flip the steaks after executing a perfect flip with a solid landing and blowing a kiss to the judges.)
