雞蛋炒粿條,河粉同蘿蔔乾、長豆、豆芽快炒,加入泰式炒河醬同魚露,鹹甜開胃。
按個人喜好準備蔬菜份量。
Prepare your vegetables, using your preferred quantities.
燒熱鑊,加入植物油。油熱後,加入河粉同蘿蔔乾炒勻,炒至麵條軟化後加水。繼續炒至麵條熟透。加入泰式炒河醬、砂糖同魚露,拌炒均勻。
Heat a pan and add the vegetable oil. Once the oil is hot, introduce the rice noodles and chopped pickled radish. Stir-fry these until the noodles begin to soften, then pour in the water. Continue stir-frying until the noodles become tender. Add the Pad Thai sauce, sugar, and fish sauce, stirring well to combine all the ingredients.
加入雞蛋炒至半凝固,再加入長豆炒熟即可。
Add the egg and stir-fry until it just begins to set. Following this, add the green beans and stir-fry them until they are just cooked through.
加入豆芽略炒至剛剛熟透但仍爽脆,即刻上桌。
Add the bean sprouts and stir-fry them briefly, just until they are tender yet still retain their crispness. Serve the dish immediately.
