煎豬扒以多種香料醃豬扒,於牛油及檸檬汁中加燈籠椒、蒜頭煎至兩面金黃熟透。
將豬扒洗淨
Rinse the pork chops well.
將牛油同檸檬汁放入鑊度,開中火
Place the butter and the juice from the squeezed lemon into a pan, and set it over medium heat.
將所有調味料均勻地塗喺豬扒兩面
While the pan heats, season both sides of your pork chops generously with all the seasonings listed.
將燈籠椒同蒜頭放入已有牛油同檸檬汁嘅鑊度,然後將豬扒放喺面頂
Once the butter is melted, add the chopped bell peppers and garlic to the pan with the butter and lemon juice. Carefully place the seasoned pork chops on top of the vegetables.
用中火煎,一面熟透後翻面
Cook the pork chops over medium heat. Once one side is done, flip them over.
煎至全熟即可。
Continue cooking until the pork chops are fully cooked through.
