健康蛋花湯先將雞蛋加生抽炒散,再沖入熱開水及雞湯塊化開,灑上青蔥碎,五分鐘快手上桌。
用中火加熱不黏鍋。輕輕塗上少許油或用噴油。直接將雞蛋打入鍋中,加入生抽,輕輕攪拌均勻。
Start by heating a nonstick skillet over medium heat. Lightly coat it with a bit of oil or use cooking spray. Crack the eggs directly into the skillet, then add the soy sauce. Stir gently to combine them.
讓雞蛋稍微凝固後,輕輕炒散。加入熱開水,灑入鹽,再加入雞湯塊(用電熱水壺燒水會更快)。
Allow the eggs to cook briefly until they begin to set, then gently scramble them right in the skillet. Pour in the hot boiled water, sprinkle in the salt, and drop in the chicken bouillon cube. (I use a kettle to boil the water quickly.)
灑上切碎的青蔥,即可上桌。
Sprinkle with the chopped green onion and serve immediately.
