雞肉藍帶將雞肉火腿捲住芝士,裹上麵粉、蛋液同麵包糠,煎至兩面金黃。
喺一張保鮮紙上,將 2 片雞肉火腿疊放。
Lay the two slices of chicken ham one on top of the other on a piece of plastic wrap.
放上 2 片芝士。
Place the two slices of cheese on top of the ham.
將所有材料緊緊捲成圓柱形,封好兩端。
Carefully roll everything up tightly to form a neat cylinder, making sure to seal the ends securely.
裹麵衣:先將捲卷沾上麵粉,再沾蛋液,最後沾麵包糠。
To bread the roll, first dip it in the flour, then coat it well in the beaten egg, and finally, roll it in the breadcrumbs until fully covered.
喺煎鑊入面加少少油燒熱。熱透後放入藍帶,兩面煎至金黃。
Heat a thin layer of oil in a skillet. Once the oil is hot, carefully place the cordon bleu into the pan and brown it evenly on both sides.
上桌前切半。
Before serving, slice the cordon bleu in half.
