塔布勒沙律,將古斯古斯同番茄、青瓜、燈籠椒、葡萄乾同薄荷粒拌勻,淋上檸檬汁同橄欖油,清爽開胃。
煮沸約400毫升水。在大碗中放入古斯古斯,加入沸水攪拌,靜置備用。
Bring 1 2/3 cups of water (about 400 ml) to a boil. In a large bowl, add the couscous, then pour in the boiling water. Stir everything together and set it aside.
洗淨番茄、青瓜和燈籠椒。削去青瓜皮。將青瓜、番茄和燈籠椒切成小粒。
Wash the tomatoes, cucumber, and bell pepper well. Peel the cucumber. Dice the cucumber, tomatoes, and bell pepper into small, uniform pieces.
剝去洋蔥或乾蔥皮,切薄片。洗淨薄荷,切碎。
Peel the onion or shallots and slice them thinly. Wash the fresh mint and chop it finely.
用叉子將放涼的古斯古斯挑散。加入橄欖油拌勻。
Once the couscous has cooled, use a fork to fluff it, separating the grains. Add the olive oil and stir until it's evenly incorporated.
將番茄、青瓜、燈籠椒、洋蔥或乾蔥、葡萄乾和薄荷加入古斯古斯中。
Add the diced tomatoes, cucumber, bell pepper, thinly sliced onion or shallots, raisins, and chopped mint to the couscous.
擠出檸檬汁,加入古斯古斯。用鹽和胡椒調味。拌勻後放入雪櫃冷藏1小時再上桌。
Squeeze the lemon and add its juice to the couscous. Season with salt and pepper according to your taste. Stir everything until well combined, then chill for 1 hour before serving.
