三文魚菠菜焗蛋將焗香的三文魚柳鋪在蒜香炒菠菜上,再放上半熟煎蛋,配檸檬角上桌。

While the salmon bakes, warm the olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1 to 2 minutes, just until it becomes fragrant. Add the fresh spinach and continue to sauté until it wilts, which should take about 3 to 4 minutes. Season the spinach with salt and pepper to your liking.
三文魚焗好後從焗爐取出備用。在炒菠菜的同一個鍋中,撥開空位煎蛋。打入雞蛋,煎至半熟(或按個人喜好)。第二隻蛋重複以上步驟。
Once the salmon is finished cooking, take it out of the oven and set it aside. In the same pan you used for the spinach, clear a space to cook the eggs. Crack one egg into the pan and cook it to an over-medium consistency (or your preferred doneness). Repeat this process for the second egg.
在碟上先鋪炒好的菠菜,再放上三文魚柳。輕輕將半熟煎蛋放在三文魚上,如需要可再加鹽和胡椒。
To assemble, arrange the cooked spinach on a plate, then place a salmon fillet on top. Carefully position the over-medium egg on the salmon. If you wish, add a little extra salt and pepper.
