三文魚卡納佩將忌廉芝士、第戎芥末、水瓜柳、蒔蘿及洋蔥拌勻,配三文魚鋪於梳打餅上,免煮即食,伴新鮮汽水。

Canapés
準備三文魚——用廚房紙吸乾,輕輕淋上少許檸檬汁。
Prepare the salmon – Pat dry with a kitchen towel and drizzle lightly with lemon juice.
軟化洋蔥——切薄片,浸泡在凍水中去辛辣,然後充分瀝乾。
Soften the onion – Slice thinly, soak in cold water to remove sharpness, then drain well.
製作醬料——在小碗中將忌廉芝士、原味乳酪、第戎芥末醬、洋蔥碎、蒔蘿、續隨子及少許檸檬汁混合至順滑。
Make the spread – In a small bowl, mix cream cheese, plain yogurt, Dijon mustard, finely chopped onion, dill, capers, and a touch of lemon juice until smooth.
組合——將混合物塗在梳打餅上,整齊地捲上一片三文魚,最後放上一粒意大利黑醋珠增添精緻感。
Assemble – Spread the mixture on a cracker, roll a slice of salmon neatly on top, and finish with a drop of balsamic pearls for a gourmet touch.
