薯仔焗豬扒將煎香豬扒鋪於薄切薯仔及洋蔥上,淋上紅椒粉雞湯肉汁,焗至軟腍入味。
預熱焗爐至350°F。

準備一個可入焗爐嘅烤盤——我用緊Staub烤盤。底部塗上橄欖油,抹勻。
Prepare an oven safe pan- I use my Staub Baker.. coat bottom w olive oil, wipe out.
豬扒兩面大力落鹽、黑椒同豬肉調味料。加2湯匙牛油落鑊,煎豬扒至金黃色(只係煎色,唔係煮熟)。將豬扒放喺蔬菜面頂。
Season pork chops generously, both sides.. with salt and pepper and pork seasonings. Add 2tbsp of butter to pan as you are browning the pork chops. You are only browning. Add Pork Chops to pan w vegetables, lay on top.
喺炒鍋加入2湯匙牛油,溶化後加入2湯匙麵粉,打勻,倒入雞湯,煮滾,攪勻。加入調味料——鹽、黑椒、蒜粉、洋蔥粉同紅椒粉。汁應該起泡同埋變濃。將醬汁淋喺豬扒上面。蓋好,焗45分鐘。
In a saute pot, add two tbsp of butter, once melted add 2tbsp flour, whisk, add broth, bring to boil., stir.add seasoning- salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder and paprika. This should bubble and thicken. Pour sauce over Pork Chops. Cover and bake for 45 minutes
