First, prepare the shake and bake seasoning. In a bowl, combine the breadcrumbs and all the seasonings. Stir until they are evenly combined. Add the vegetable oil and stir again until the mixture achieves a wet sand-like texture. Transfer this shake and bake mixture into a gallon-sized zip-top bag.
將豬扒逐件放入搖搖調味袋,搖動袋子至肉均勻裹上調味料,放在烤盤上,重複處理所有豬扒。
Take the pork chops and place them one at a time into the bag with the shake and bake mixture. Seal the bag and shake it until each piece of meat is well coated with the seasoning. Remove the coated pork chop and place it on a baking sheet. Repeat this process for all remaining pork chops.

Cook the pork chops in either an oven or an air fryer until they are fully cooked through.
