香醋牛扒先燒香菲力牛扒,配炒香的雜菜及車厘茄,拌上意大利黑醋,再以烤法式長棍麵包伴碟。
烹飪前讓牛扒回到室溫。兩面撒上你喜歡嘅調味料。喺烤架上煎出好嘅焦色,煮至你喜歡嘅熟度。我哋鍾意五成熟,所以當牛扒達到約 38°C 就拎走。
Before you start cooking, allow the steaks to reach room temperature. Season both sides generously with your chosen steak seasoning. Grill the steaks to achieve a nice sear and cook them to your desired doneness. For a medium-rare steak, we typically remove them from the grill when they reach an internal temperature of 100°F.
牛扒煮好後從烤架取出,靜置休息。趁牛扒靜置時,喺鑊入面用 1 湯匙橄欖油炒香蔬菜(番茄除外)。加鹽調味,蓋鑊。當蔬菜剛軟化時,加入蒜頭同番茄再煮 1-2 分鐘,然後熄火。
Once the steaks are cooked, remove them from the grill and let them rest. While the steaks are resting, sauté all the vegetables (excluding the tomatoes) in a pan with 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Season them with salt and cover the pan. As soon as the vegetables have softened, add the minced garlic and cherry tomatoes, and continue to cook for 1-2 minutes. Turn off the heat.

In a separate bowl, combine the balsamic vinegar, cracked black pepper, and Italian seasoning. Slice the rested steaks and add them to the cooked vegetables, making sure to include any accumulated meat juices. Pour the balsamic dressing over everything and stir gently until all ingredients are evenly coated.
將法式長棍麵包切片,掃上油。我喜歡用辣椒或蒜味嘅調味橄欖油。放喺烤架(或焗爐燒烤功能)烤至略微焦香,取出後塗上牛油。
Slice the French bread and brush each piece with oil. I find that a seasoned olive oil, such as chili pepper or garlic infused, works best. Place the bread on the grill (or under an oven broiler) and cook until it's slightly charred. Remove from heat and butter.
將牛扒、蔬菜同麵包擺盤,上桌享用。
Arrange the steak, vegetables, and bread on plates. Serve immediately and enjoy your meal.
