牛扒炒蛋班尼迪克混搭,在烤香英式鬆餅上鋪牛扒片和水波蛋,淋上黑椒蘑菇汁,是豐富的早餐。
將英式鬆餅烤香,備用。
Toast the English muffins, then set them aside.
將牛扒切片並加熱,備用。
Slice the steak and gently warm it. Set this aside as well.
加熱黑椒醬汁(或自製荷蘭醬),備用。
Warm your peppercorn sauce, or if you prefer, prepare Hollandaise sauce. Keep it warm and ready.
準備水和醋做水波蛋,煮好後取出在廚房紙上瀝乾。
Prepare your water and add vinegar for poaching the eggs. Carefully poach the eggs, then remove them and let them drain on a paper towel.
組合:將切開烤好的英式鬆餅放在碟上,鋪上牛扒片,再放上水波蛋,最後淋上黑椒蘑菇汁,享用!
To assemble: Place the split and toasted English muffins onto a plate. Layer the sliced steak on top of the muffins. Gently place the poached eggs over the steak. Finish by spooning the peppercorn and mushroom sauce over the eggs. Serve immediately and enjoy!
