豆腐乾同臘腸切片疊好,淋上蒸魚豉油蒸熟,最後加蒜蓉、蔥花再淋熱油逼香。
豆腐乾及臘腸切片。豆腐乾平均鋪喺碟上,均勻淋上 2 匙蒸魚豉油,再鋪好臘腸。
Slice the dried tofu and Chinese sausage. Arrange the dried tofu evenly on a plate, drizzle 2 spoons of steamed-fish soy sauce over it, then lay the sausage on top.
放入蒸鑊,水滾後蒸 15 分鐘。
Place in the steamer and steam for 15 minutes once the water boils.
蒜頭及小蔥切碎,撒喺蒸好嘅臘腸豆腐乾上。
Finely chop the garlic and spring onion and scatter them over the steamed tofu and sausage.
再撒上適量風味調味料增加香味。
Sprinkle on a little flavour seasoning to add aroma.
粟米油燒熱,淋喺蔥蒜上逼出香味就可以食喇。
Heat the corn oil and pour it over the spring onion and garlic to release their fragrance, then it is ready to eat.
