芫荽粟米魚肉蒸豆腐以拌入粟米及芫荽的鯪魚肉鋪在嫩豆腐上蒸熟,再淋熟油及豉油。
豆腐印乾水分,切件鋪在碟上,芫荽切碎。
Pat the tofu dry, cut into pieces and arrange on a plate. Finely chop the coriander.
鯪魚肉加入粟米及芫荽拌勻。
Mix the mud carp paste with the corn and coriander until combined.
匙羹先沾濕水以防太黏,將鯪魚肉分小份鋪在豆腐上,大火蒸 7 分鐘,最後淋上熟油及豉油。
Dampen a spoon with water to stop sticking, place small portions of the fish paste over the tofu, steam over high heat for 7 minutes, then finish with hot oil and soy sauce.
