清炒菜心熱鑊爆香蒜蓉薑片,加入菜心兜勻,蓋鑊焗一兩分鐘,以雞粉調味即成。
菜心洗淨,摘去黃花,瀝乾備用。
Wash the choy sum, pick off the yellow flowers, drain and set aside.
熱鑊下油,爆香蒜蓉及薑片。
Heat oil in a wok and stir-fry the garlic and ginger slices until fragrant.
加入菜心兜勻,蓋上鑊蓋焗 1-2 分鐘,以家樂牌純鮮雞粉調味即成。
Add the choy sum and toss to combine, cover and let it steam for 1-2 minutes, then season with Knorr Pure Chicken Powder.
