五香肉丁炒公仔麵將煮熟公仔麵與椰菜絲、蔥段及蛋絲同炒,以蠔油豉油調味,加入五香肉丁拌勻。
將椰菜切絲。
Shred the cabbage.
將公仔麵煮熟。
Cook the instant noodles until done.
將調味料1包、蠔油1茶匙、生抽1茶匙、糖1茶匙加少許水拌勻。
Mix the seasoning packet, 1 tsp oyster sauce, 1 tsp light soy sauce and 1 tsp sugar with a little water until combined.
炒熟椰菜,爆香蔥頭。
Stir-fry the cabbage until cooked and saute the spring onion until fragrant.
加入公仔麵及調味料,再加入五香肉丁、蔥段及蛋絲。
Add the instant noodles and seasoning, then add the canned spiced pork cubes, spring onion segments and shredded egg.
