無湯炒雜菜將免治牛肉與薯仔、洋蔥及罐頭四季豆、粟米、紅蘿蔔同炒,以多種調味料炒成惹味一碟。
將免治牛肉炒至變色,加入 Weber Steak & Chop 調味料,倒去多餘湯汁。
Brown the ground beef in a large skillet or wok. As it cooks, add the Weber Steak & Chop seasoning. Once the beef is fully browned, carefully drain off any excess fat or liquid.
將薯仔和洋蔥切碎,預熱鑊或大煎鍋。
While the beef is cooking or set aside, chop the potatoes and onion into bite-sized pieces. Heat your wok or a large skillet over medium-high heat.
加入橄欖油,將薯仔和洋蔥炒至金黃。
Add the extra virgin olive oil to the heated pan. Add the chopped potatoes and onion, and sauté them until they are lightly browned and tender-crisp.
將罐頭蔬菜瀝乾水分,加入薯仔中。
Drain the liquid from the canned green beans, corn, and carrots. Add these drained vegetables to the skillet with the potatoes and onions.
加入其餘調味料及紅酒醋。
Stir in the remaining seasonings: Lawry's Seasoned Salt, Mrs. Dash seasoning, black pepper, and paprika. Also, add the red wine vinegar.
加入免治牛肉和豉油。
Return the browned ground beef to the skillet and pour in the soy sauce. Stir everything together to combine and heat through.
