T骨豬扒以薑黃、洋蔥及BBQ乾醃料塗勻,先高溫燒烤,再翻面開蓋煎香,外層鹹香惹味。
將所有乾醃料混合,塗抹在豬扒上。靜置半小時。
First, combine all the dry rub ingredients in a bowl. Well rub this mixture onto the pork chops and let them rest for 30 minutes.
將烤架預熱至205°C(400°F)。放上豬扒烤3分鐘,然後降溫至175°C(350°F)。
Preheat your grill to 400°F. Place the pork chops on the grill and cook them for the first 3 minutes. After this initial cooking time, reduce the grill temperature to 350°F.
3分鐘後,將豬扒翻面,蓋上蓋子煮5分鐘。
Now, flip the pork chops to their other side. Cover the grill and continue cooking for 5 minutes.
再次翻面,不蓋蓋子再煮約3分鐘。好好享用。
Flip the chops one more time to the other side and cook for about another 3 minutes, this time without covering the grill. Serve immediately and enjoy.
