照燒雞翼將雞翼皮面煎至金黃並蓋蓋蒸熟,再以清酒、豉油和蜂蜜收成照燒醬汁,撒上白芝麻。
在鑊中加油,將雞翼皮面朝下放入煎香。
Add some oil to a frying pan. Place the chicken wings in the pan, skin side down, and sear them.
兩面煎至金黃,然後蓋蓋蒸煮。
Continue to brown both sides of the wings. Once they are nicely browned, cover the pan with a lid and let them steam-cook until done.
雞翼煮熟後,抹去鑊中多餘油脂。
When the chicken wings are well cooked through, carefully wipe any excess oil from the pan.
加入清酒、豉油和蜂蜜。按需要加水調味。
Now, add the sake, soy sauce, and honey to the pan. Adjust the flavor by adding water as needed.
上桌,撒上白芝麻。
Serve the wings immediately, garnished with a sprinkle of white sesame seeds.
