泰式香茅雞翼以香茅、紅蔥頭、青檸汁及魚露醃製,再氣炸至脆卜卜,香氣撲鼻。
香茅、紅蔥頭、檸檬葉切碎。
Finely chop the lemongrass, shallots and kaffir lime leaves.
雞翼用香茅、紅蔥頭、青檸汁、魚露、生抽、糖、胡椒粉調味料醃製 2 小時。
Marinate the chicken wings with the lemongrass, shallots, lime juice, fish sauce, light soy sauce, sugar and white pepper for 2 hours.
預熱氣炸鍋,放入醃好雞翼,面頭掃上一層薄薄的油,180 度氣炸 6 分鐘,反轉再掃油焗 7 分鐘即成。
Preheat the air fryer, add the marinated wings, brush a thin layer of oil on top and air-fry at 180°C for 6 minutes. Flip, brush with oil again and cook for another 7 minutes.
