Tabbouleh, hinahalo ang couscous sa kamatis, pipino, bell pepper, raisin, at mint, may dressing na limon at olive oil.

Bring 1 2/3 cups of water (about 400 ml) to a boil. In a large bowl, add the couscous, then pour in the boiling water. Stir everything together and set it aside.

Squeeze the lemon and add its juice to the couscous. Season with salt and pepper according to your taste. Stir everything until well combined, then chill for 1 hour before serving.
