Refreshing Salmon Crudo na manipis na sushi-grade salmon sa olive oil, ginayakan ng jalapeño, capers, pickled onion at dill, pinigaan ng lemon.

Thinly slice your sushi-grade salmon and the jalapeño.

Drizzle the 1/4 cup of extra virgin olive oil onto a serving plate. Carefully arrange the thinly sliced salmon pieces on top of the olive oil.

Garnish the salmon with the sliced jalapeños, capers, and pickled onions. Sprinkle fresh dill over the top.

Just before serving, squeeze the juice from half a lemon over the dish. (Please note that the lemon juice will slightly cure the salmon.)
