香濃芝士忌廉意式餃以煮食忌廉、炒香洋葱蒜頭及火腿做成醬汁,拌入芝士餃,加牛油與巴西里收尾。
在煮意粉的滾水中加入雞湯塊代替鹽,然後放入意粉煮熟。
Instead of adding salt, dissolve the chicken broth cube in a pot of boiling water. Add the pasta to cook.
洋蔥切成細丁,去皮蒜瓣切成小粒,火腿切成小塊。
Finely dice half of the onion and chop the peeled garlic cloves into small pieces. Cut the ham slices into small pieces.
大鍋加入適量橄欖油以中火加熱,加入蒜粒炒至微軟,不斷攪拌防止燒焦。
Heat some olive oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add the chopped garlic and sauté until it softens slightly, stirring constantly to prevent burning.
加入洋蔥粒炒至微黃,灑上白胡椒粉,加入火腿塊。
Add the diced onion to the pan and cook until it turns lightly golden. Season this mixture with white pepper, then add the ham pieces.
轉小火,慢慢加入煮食忌廉(勿一次過倒入),攪拌至所需濃稠度,如太稠可加入少許意粉水。
Over low heat, slowly add the cooking cream, adding it gradually rather than all at once. Stir until the sauce reaches your desired thickness. To adjust the consistency, you can add some of the pasta water.
加入一塊牛油入醬汁,待其融化。將煮好的意粉加入醬汁中,灑上巴西里。
Stir the butter into the sauce and let it melt. Add your cooked pasta to the sauce and top with parsley.
上桌前先試味,如需要調整忌廉濃度或鹹度。慢慢品嚐!
