雞絲涼皮以放涼涼皮配青瓜絲同手撕雞胸,淋上麻油、紅油同芝麻,爽口惹味,清爽開胃。
將涼皮放入沸水中焯燙至熟,撈出瀝乾水分,再平鋪在盤中放涼。
Blanch the cold noodle sheets in boiling water until just cooked. Drain, plate up, and let cool.
把黃瓜清洗乾淨,切成細絲。
Wash the cucumber and cut into thin strips.
將熟雞脯肉用手撕成細絲,與切好的黃瓜絲和放涼的涼皮一同擺入盤中。
Shred the chicken breast into fine strips and arrange on the plate alongside the cucumber and noodle sheets.
取一個小碗,將香油、紅油、芝麻和鹽混合拌勻,再均勻地淋在盤中的雞絲涼皮上,即可。
Stir together the sesame oil, chilli oil, sesame seeds, and salt. Pour over the noodle sheets and serve.
