雞肉蔬菜炒麵將煎香雞胸與爽脆翠玉瓜、紅蘿蔔、洋蔥同炒,以生抽和麻油調味,再拌入麵條。
切好洋蔥、紅蘿蔔、翠玉瓜和辣椒。按此順序用花生油和麻油大火爆炒,蔬菜只需炒幾分鐘保持爽脆,加入切半的車厘茄添色,再加3湯匙生抽。
Slice the onion, carrots, zucchini, and chili pepper. In that specific order, add them to a wok with peanut oil and sesame oil, and stir-fry over high heat. Cook the vegetables for only a few minutes to ensure they remain crisp. Afterward, add the halved grape tomatoes for a pop of color, and then add 3 tablespoons of soy sauce.
將蔬菜盛起備用。同一個鑊大火煎雞肉至全熟。
Remove the cooked vegetables from the wok and set them aside. Using the same wok, increase the heat to high and sear the chicken breast until it is well cooked.
另外煮好麵條,然後將雞肉、蔬菜和麵條放回鑊中大火炒勻1分鐘。
While the chicken and vegetables are cooking, prepare the noodles according to package directions in a separate pot. Once everything is ready, combine the cooked chicken, vegetables, and noodles in the wok, and stir-fry them all together for 1 minute.
