蒜蓉白菜仔以爆香蒜蓉兜炒,加蓋略焗,再以純鮮雞粉調味,鮮甜爽脆。
白菜仔洗淨,瀝乾備用。
Wash the baby bok choy, drain and set aside.
熱鑊下油,爆香蒜蓉。
Heat oil in a wok and stir-fry the garlic until fragrant.
轉大火,加入白菜仔兜勻,蓋上鑊蓋焗 1-2 分鐘,以家樂牌純鮮雞粉調味即成。
Turn to high heat, add the baby bok choy and toss to combine, cover and let it steam for 1-2 minutes, then season with Knorr Pure Chicken Powder.
