蒜蓉炒菜心先爆香薑蒜炒菜心苗,再加雞湯加蓋炆煮,最後下鹽調味。
準備好菜心苗。
Prepare the baby choy sum.
下薑蓉和蒜蓉爆香。
Add the minced ginger and garlic and saute until aromatic.
加入菜心苗,快炒2分鐘。
Add the baby choy sum and stir-fry quickly for 2 minutes.
倒入雞湯,加蓋以大火炆3分鐘。
Add the chicken stock, cover and simmer over high heat for 3 more minutes.
下鹽調味。
Season with salt to taste.
即成。
Ready to serve.
