花雕鮮蝦粉絲煲以薑、洋蔥爆香,加辣豆瓣醬、花雕酒同鮮蝦同煮,粉絲吸盡酒香。
炒香薑片、蒜蓉和洋蔥。
Stir-fry the ginger slices, minced garlic and onion until fragrant.
放入豆瓣醬、花雕酒、鮮蝦炒拌,鮮蝦半熟後取出備用。
Add the chilli bean paste, Huadiao wine and prawns and stir together; once the prawns are half cooked, remove and set aside.
加入雞湯及粉絲。
Add the chicken stock and vermicelli.
放回鮮蝦及倒入生抽,蓋上蓋子煮3分鐘。
Return the prawns, pour in the light soy sauce, cover and cook for 3 minutes.
