薯蓉混合西蘭花、洋蔥及芝士,焗或煎至金黃,神還原IKEA急凍蔬菜薯餅。
洋蔥切粒,落鑊炒至金黃色備用。
Dice the onion and fry in a wok until golden; set aside.
西蘭花灼熟,切碎備用。
Blanch the broccoli until cooked, chop finely and set aside.
薯仔切件,放入滾水中煮至完全熟透,加入牛油及芝士,壓成泥狀備用。
Cut the potatoes into pieces, boil until fully cooked, add the butter and cheese and mash into a puree; set aside.
薯蓉混合洋蔥粒、西蘭花碎、黑椒、鹽。
Mix the mashed potato with the diced onion, chopped broccoli, black pepper and salt.
模中壓成薯餅,放入200度焗爐烤焗大約15-20分鐘即成(如果家中沒有焗爐的話,也可放到平底鑊,以中小火慢慢煎至金黃色亦可)。
Press into potato cakes in a mould, then bake at 200°C for about 15-20 minutes. (If you have no oven, pan-fry over medium-low heat until golden.)
