隔夜橙香燕麥,燕麥片以牛奶同希臘乳酪浸軟,加橙花水,面層擺上鮮橙瓣。
將燕麥片放入碗中,加入牛奶。
Place the rolled oats in a bowl, then pour in the milk.
加入希臘乳酪令質感更濃稠。
Stir in the Greek yogurt; this will help achieve a thicker texture.
加入少許鹽同橙花水,蓋好後放置一晚。
Add a pinch of salt and the orange blossom water. Once everything is combined, cover the bowl and let it rest overnight.
第二朝,剝好橙。如果喜歡,可以輕輕加熱個碗。
The following morning, peel your orange. If you prefer, you can gently warm the bowl before serving.
